Annual surveys are all fine and well, but we believe in checking in with our parents weekly to check that all is well. We have just implemented a weekly feedback loop. As well as welcoming your feedback by phone, email or in person, we will be dropping you a message each week just to check in. Sometimes we have a little niggle, that doesn’t warrant a full blown meeting or email to the manager, but we want to make sure that you have a nudge to tell us about it. Once we know, we can address it. You will get a weekly message through the Famly app asking you a simple question: “Were you happy at Polka Dot Farm in the last 7 days?” It goes without saying that we want the answer to be yes, and all you need to do is click on the big Green Yes button if that’s the case. Really simple. If the answer is “No” or “Fine, but it could have been better” then there’s a space for any feedback you want to leave too.
We have also implemented this with our team each week too. It’s important to us that they have a forum to provide feedback too.
