Here at Polka Dot Farm, we’re looking for a Housekeeper Extraordinaire. The kind of person who keeps everything ticking along beautifully and makes everyone else’s day that bit easier.
✨ What’s the role?
You’ll be the magic that happens between the moments. Flitting from task to task, you’ll make sure the nursery is organised, stocked, welcoming and ready for action.
We already have a full cleaning team who work after hours, so this isn’t a heavy cleaning role. It’s much more about organisation, making life easier for our team and keeping the site running smoothly.
No two days are the same. One morning you might be restocking nappies and wipes (tiny humans are impressively efficient!) the next you’ll be checking in on our chickens to make sure they’re fed and happy.
When guests visit, you’ll help the site look its best (and of course, pop the kettle on ☕)
Laundry? That’s yours too. fresh, folded and fabulous is the aim.
Genuinely, the role is in place to give our team more time to concentrate on the most important thing – looking after our children.
This is a role where you’ll be genuinely valued. Everyone at the nursery plays their part, and this one quietly holds it all together.
You’ll often be the first friendly face people see, so warmth, smiles and good vibes are essential. We hire on attitude, not aptitude and we want kind, happy people who are lovely to be around.
Bonus points if you can confidently belt out a nursery rhyme or two 🎶
