One of the ways we celebrate Team Green is the 2 years service gift. After two years on the farm, the team receive a £500 bonus to spend on a holiday (or whatever they want!)

There are loads of ways that we celebrate our Team. On joining, staff receive £100 to put towards outdoor wear (we spend A LOT of time outdoors!) Most of the team spend this on a dry robe or a good coat – or even just a good pair of wellies!
Thursdays are the days that we really go all out with Team Green. We have a weekly message sent out of WhatsApp called “Feedback Thursday.” This is the teams chance to shout out those members of staff who have gone over and above that week. The feedback is shared within the team WhatsApp group and is a great way to remind each other about team work and rewarding hard work.
