We love the months with ‘ber’ at the end. September always feels more of a “New Year” that January when you are in the Education sector. September seems like it comes with a sense of renewal and new-ness!
At Polka Dot, we have had many new families join us as our oldest children head off to school. As they left, children moved up rooms, and some spaces were created for new families to join us. We have enjoyed getting to know our new families and welcoming them as part of the farm-ly.
As September progresses, we look forward to autumnal changes. Sunny walks over the field become muddy stomps in our wellies. Searching for bees and butterflies becomes hunting for orange, yellow and brown leaves. Thoughts turn to pumpkins and fireworks and (dare I say it?) Christmas time.
