We are blessed with quite simply the best team that I have know in my 20 years of working in this industry. Our team are full of passion, fun and good humour and above all we enjoy each others company.
At the weekend, we headed to Chelmsford, to the Ninja Warrior assault course. It was a day filled with laughter, challenges, and, most importantly, strengthening the bonds within our team.

Our Day at Ninja Warrior
The day was an absolute blast! There were moments of hilarious mishaps (all safe, of course!), triumphant victories, and lots of cheering each other on.
But it wasn’t just about physical activity. The course challenged us to step out of our comfort zones and trust each other. Whether it was offering a hand at a tricky obstacle or encouraging a hesitant team member, we were there for each other, mirroring the support we aim to provide in our nursery every day.
The Takeaway for Our Nursery
You might wonder, “How does this affect my child?” Well, here’s the beautiful part. A team that plays together, stays together! We are lucky enough to really enjoy each others company and we appreciate that deepening our ties on days out mean we’re more in sync back at the nursery. We communicate better, anticipate each other’s needs, and collaborate more effectively. This harmony in our team is something your children see and feel. It creates a stable, happy environment where they can learn, play, and grow.
Moreover, our adventure reminded us of the joys and challenges of trying new things – just like what your children experience daily. We’ve come back with fresh empathy and enthusiasm, ready to relate even more closely to the little adventurers we have the joy of caring for.
